These are the terms you must follow when buying any of our Abercrombie and Fitch products.

Shipping

Shipping will be done by Air Mail with tracking or you can request DHL express, all are express services with tracking. The costs of shipping is $5.00 to all worldwide destinations with Air Mail. If however you wish to use DHL the shipping prices vary by region.

Shipping times on average are 5-10 days. Sometimes it can arrive in 3 days but this is rare. Regardless, this shipping timeframe represents an average and is in no way a guarantee 100% of arrival by a certain date.

Returns and Exchanges:

The general rule for returns is exchange only. We do however allow returns for other reasons at the cost of the buyer of a 10% restocking fee and the actual costs of shipping, which are $5.00 are non-refundable. In the event, of an exchange the same rule applies. The return shipping costs are to be the burden of the buyer. If we receive a return with a border tax we will reject it back to the buyer at their cost. Returns are handled at our discretion.

We will cover return shipping costs only if we send the wrong sized item. We will not cover it for any other reason.

Payment

Payment needs to be made in advance through the checkout we accept all credit cards and bank payments via Paypal. For large orders it is best to contact us. If you do not have a credit card we also accept Wire Transfer, Western Union, and moneybookers.com.
